Autosomal Dominant Hypercholesterolemia

  • Early detection and treatment of ADH is key to improving patient outcomes
  • Patients with ADH have access to effective treatments that can lower cholesterol levels by up to 60%.

Autosomal Dominant  Hypercholesterolemia (ADH) is a genetic disorder that affects approximately 1 in 500 persons worldwide. It comprises Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) and Familial Defective Apolipoprotein B (FDB).
