ID CORE XT is a qualitative, PCR - based and hybridization-based genotyping test for the simultaneous identification of multiple alleles encoding human erythrocyte antigens (HEAs) in genomic DNA extracted from whole blood specimens collected in EDTA. This test genotypes 29 polymorphisms determining 37 HEA phenotypes (according to the published literature) of blood group systems Rh, Kell, Kidd, Duffy, MNS, Diego, Dombrock, Colton, Cartwright, and Lutheran. This test can be used to obtain in-depth knowledge of samples under study.

ID HPA XT is a qualitative, PCR-based and hybridization-based genotyping test for the simultaneous identification of multiple alleles encoding human platelet antigens (HPA) in genomic DNA extracted from whole blood specimens collected in EDTA. This test genotypes 13 polymorphisms determining 18 HPA phenotypes (according to the published literature) of human platelet antigens HPA-1, HPA-2, HPA-3, HPA-4, HPA-5, HPA-6, HPA-7, HPA-8, HPA-9, HPA-10, HPA-11, and HPA-15. This test can be used to obtain in-depth knowledge of samples under study.

ID RHD XT is a qualitative, PCR-based and hybridization-based genotyping test for the simultaneous identification of the most relevant human erythrocyte antigens (antigen D), detecting polymorphisms that determine 6 RHD and HPA-1 variants.

BIDS XT Software is intended for use with BLOODchip ID XT genotyping tests as a tool to organize, manage and/or transfer sample information and data results and reports. BIDS XT is designed to perform the following functions:
